Spatial video in VR is an excellent experience. But, we feel that in order to expand the interest and demand for Spatial video, we need to release that same footage through the Browser as well as for Augmented Reality (AR) engagement. While some of the “depthiness” is reduced, this still delivers a video experience that enhances the sense of presence and intimacy. As well, it allows us to work with film and video professionals who were not keen on the creative limitations imposed by volumetric.
